Here is what a first consult looks like: we meet face to face, and you can tell me what brings you and about your expectations. I can answer your questions about the way I work and at the end of this first consult we can arrange for another appointment.
After a few meetings we can determine together a setting for our work: how often do we meet, what day and time, how the payment of sessions goes.
Psychotherapy may be necessary to work out some issues, to get to know yourself better, and to discover new ways of dealing with your life, your feelings and your relationships. We can meet either once a week or several times a week.
